Procedure of hiring can be summarized in following steps:

The shortlisted candidates have to undergo screening test which help in refining excellent candidates out of selected ones.  Screening involves

  1. Personal interview with our HR team
  2. GD, selling/customer service/technical skills knowledge, English aptitude test where candidates are evaluated on their communication skills for inbound and outbound call centers job.
  3. Data entry and back office work staff have to undertake typing speed and English aptitude test.
  4. Assessing under operational methods, candidates team working abilities, working under pressure and initiative abilities.
  5. Candidates are examining at their sincerity and responsibility through general and jobs talk to find the right employee for us and you.

After vigilant scrutiny selected candidates are placed in their fit job roles and trained. Thereafter Induction knowledge about us and the call centre, its goal, motto, conduct, security of data and the training process is provided in detail.
