We contacted Call2Customer (an outsourced call center in India) and asked if they would be willing to assist us with part of a customer campaign where we had been asked to conduct an internet search of telephone numbers that we had found to be unobtainable on our original call list. We started to search here in the UK but due to the deadline we knew that we needed additional resource
We offered us a good hourly rate and set about conducting some searches. These they did with great care and attention to detail, and we found that once they had obtained the numbers, they checked them out to ensure they had the right information. So the level of service they included in the hourly rate was extremely good value.
They met each deadline, and were available to speak to whenever we needed an update. A great team and we have no hesitation in using them in the future.
