Call2Customer Opened One More Call Center Facility in Delhi, India

Call2Customer (an outsourced call center in India) expands its presence with the opening of new office located at South Extension, Delhi. The mission is to expand its growth in the field of outsourcing. It is an enhancement to their proactive approach, quality infrastructure and the excellent talent base.

The growth rate has been 100% as the clients who have been working with them from last six months have doubled their work in within three months. They had expanded their business by extending their relations with existing clients and acquiring new business. Due to expansion in business C2C had expanded their facilities. They opened new office in South Extension, Delhi with all required technologies and back-up. They added 25 more call center executives which will help in expanded business. The new staff are highly educated and trained by existing proficient managers of C2C. The increase in call center executives can deliver and manage the increasing work.

Call2Customer has set up all the technology with power, internet and resources backup. Now they added facility at different location and it will also help to run smoothly in case of climate issue. They are strong in human resource management that helps to meet SLA assigned by their clients.
